Graduate from Massey University with a Bachelor in Science: major Psychology. Taught math for year 7-9. Art teacher, I teach realistic drawing with graphite and color, acrylic painting and some oil.

About Maleehah
My name is Maleehah, I am 29 years old and I have a young daughter who is currently 2. I have always loved helping people and teaching has been something that allowed me to fulfill that desire. I find happiness in watching people grow, and find their confidence and style in life. I believe I am friendly and patient but also challenge you to be the best version of yourself at each stage of life. My current art students enjoy my classes, and many kids who started off quiet or reserved have gained so much confidence in themselves and their art skills reflect this confidence boost.

I believe in supporting my students based on personal strengths. I work hard to help improve confidence in a subject and then build skills from there. I believe people are more comfortable starting from a place of familiarity first. I'm patient and have worked with a variety of people. I tend to teach kids aged 5-14 but I am comfortable working with any age group. I hope you find trust in me and feel I'm a good fit for you or your friends/family.
