About Alexandra
I have 4+ years of experience as a middle school ELA teacher. I want to make writing and reading less daunting for students, and am willing to work with you in order to make that happen! I love to use structure in writing, and approach each lesson with a positive attitude and humor.

I like to start out talking with the student and figuring out what area they need the most help in. Then we make a plan forward together and collaborate to get the task accomplished. I am very personable and able to work with all ability levels. My passion is for writing, and helping students gain exposure and confidence in it, so they can make their voices heard. I specialize in middle school, but can work with high schoolers as well.
