About Berkeley
Hi! My name is Berkeley Lile and I am a high school Biology teacher. I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts in middle school (grades 5-8) science and math, high school (grades 9-12) biology, and high school (grades 9-12) chemistry. Currently, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Science with a concentration in Biology. I spent 2.5 years as an undergraduate teaching intern in the biology department at Purdue University, where I obtained my undergraduate degree. In the past, I have taught middle school science. I am currently in a Master's of Education program and working as a biology teacher. With my experience, I have been helping students learn science concepts for 5+ years and I've loved every minute of it. I am incredibly passionate about science and making science accessible.

As a biology teacher, I spend all day reinforcing old concepts to support our understanding of new concepts. With me as your tutor, you'll experience lessons that build over time. Utilizing consistent check ins, we will work as a team to determine pacing. I believe in student-led review, so the topics you want to cover will be my top priority. Lessons with me are best suited for middle-high schoolers in science or math classes. It's my goal to make learning fun!
