About Sumit
I've a degree in Engineering from IIT Delhi. For getting into IIT one has to clear one of the toughest exams in the world (IIT JEE Advance) which tests students thoroughly on Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I worked as a Data Scientist for 3 years where I got to apply applied maths and physics laws to real life data. Now I'm pursuing MS in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers Business School, Newark. I live in Jersey City, NJ.

- All learning can be fun and easily comprehensible, if done the right way!
- I make it a point that if student doesn't understand any particular concept then it's the duty of teacher to change the teaching method, to be innovative to help student understand it.
- I follow a dialogue approach where rather than handing down/preaching concepts, I build the discussion up with my students from real life examples that they can easily relate with and together we arrive at difficult concepts in relatable way
- I follow a hands-on approach where student keep on applying the concepts learned along the way, to test and strengthen their understandings.
