About Audrey
I love the Spanish language and culture. I studied Spanish as my major and worked abroad in Costa Rica as a chaperone for Spanish Immersion for High School students. I want my students to feel impassioned about Spanish culture, sparking their desire to learn the language in order to experience it more authentically. As a teacher and coach, I employ all of these skills and aim to adapt for each student's individual needs.

My lessons are mostly geared towards levels K-12 and adapt to each grade level/course level they work on. I take a more immersive approach mostly speaking in Spanish for the entirety of the lesson, while touching on major grammatical structures. This accelerates the language learning process. In regards to reading and listening, I break down how to identify major ideas and themes of texts and audios in order to understand it more generally and grow towards a deeper level of understanding.
