About Rahim

I'm Rahim Mhelela, 28 years old from Dodoma, Tanzania. Swahili is my mother tongue.

I love teaching and meeting new people from around the world. I want to teach because I want to share my culture and help you speak real Tanzanian Swahili with confidence.

I am friendly, patient, and I make lessons very fun and easy. I have been helping foreigners and friends learn Swahili for 2 years.

When I'm not teaching, I love football and learning new cultures. Karibu sana rafiki!

About the lesson

Habari! I'm a native Swahili tutor from Dodoma, Tanzania.

I teach REAL Swahili - not book Swahili. The Swahili we speak at home, sokoni, na mtaani.

My lessons are 100% conversation. We will speak from day 1. I will teach you:
- Mambo vipi, Poa, Freshi slang
- Swahili for daily life, travel, work, or NGO
- How to speak like a true Mtanzania

I speak English well, so I can explain everything. My class is fun, simple, and friendly. No boring grammar!
