About Caoimhe
My name is Caoimhe. I’m a single mum to my 17 year old son. I am passionate about health and fitness. Being in the industry for almost 10 years I have coached people from all walks of life - all with varying needs and goals. I love nothing more than interacting with my clients, building strong relationships with them and watching them celebrate their wins. I take non-judgemental approach to their journey by helping them break down the often mental challenges that can arise from making changes. Progress takes time and having one more person in your corner cheering you on can make the world of difference when it’s difficult to see the progress yourself. That’s what I aim to be for you, your biggest supporter, an ear to listen and a coach that will guide you. I have been met with many struggles throughout my own journey spanning from weight loss, my athletic performance, training and life so I believe I can relate to many of my clients. I have found this to be so beneficial as I can understand what you might be feeling. I’ll be your team mate - there to encourage and help you when you need me.

Every lesson is structured based on where you are now and how we can work together to help you reach your goals. We look for ways to continue building in the layers that will ultimately improve your health and your fitness. No one journey is the same which is why I teach you individually using evidence based methodology and experience to build long-lasting results. My goal, for you, is to work with you until a point that you will only ever look back to see how far you’ve come - until a time that you don’t need my help to carry on with a much better quality of life!
