From a young age I have had a passion for teaching. I can assure my students a fun and effective learning environment where they can be free to be themselves while seeing results in their English speaking ability.
My lesson plans focus on the student finding out for themselves with the instructor more as a guide for the students to problem solve on their own. Instead of the instructor speaking for most of the class, I encourage students to take lead as I make sure they are going in the right direction.
This teaching style, I feel, leads to a more involved way of learning, rather than lecturing and note-taking.
