About Marissa
I am confident in my ability to help people achieve success in their courses. I have done it many times before. I believe my ability to explain things in many ways and adapt to different individuals learning types, and even their personality the more I get to know them, makes me unique and valuable as a tutor. If I need brushing up on a specific topic of a course because it's one I don't see too often, I'm not afraid to admit it and get on it right away to help my student succeed because my students success is my primary goal. It is very important to me.

I am able to adapt to different learning styles and if I have a hard time explaining I will work my hardest even if I need to research to find other ways to explain a topic for someone I'm teaching. The most important thing to me is making sure my pupil will succeed. I started tutoring in college to earn money and helped my client to get from an F to a B from the middle of his semester when I started with him to the end, so I WILL do my part to try to help you succeed and as long as you are willing to put in the effort on your end, I'm sure you will learn what you need to do well in your class.
