About Kari
Hi I’m Kari, I live in Utah and have an Australian Shepherd named Kihei . I am passionate about all things creative, especially when it comes to art and writing. I’m a major dork when it comes to books and movies and I love to explore these themes in my work. I love teaching others about methods of creating art and helping them discover their inner artist (because everyone is an artist and capable of creativity). As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression I have learned so much about the importance of mindfulness, awareness and positive self talk. I incorporate these and many other techniques in my daily life and would love to teach you about them as well. Being an artist is a way of life, to create your reality and communicate your heart and soul to the world through your creations is incredibly powerful. I’d love to be your guide and teacher on your artistic journey
