About Jakob
Growing up I have always been involved in multiple sports and have had a love for exercise. In my teenage years, I discovered my dad's old gym set in the garage and I haven’t looked back since. Since earning my degree in sport and exercise I have spent my time coaching rugby and touch rugby teams. I took on specific clients to help them along their fitness journey. I am now ready to open up my services to a wider number of people in order to help them whether it be sporting or health-related. I look forward to getting to know you and finding your ideal exercise program.

My approach is science-based, keeping abreast with the latest sporting literature to help you achieve your goals. These lessons will be individually tailored to your needs, wants, and enjoyment. In these lessons, we will work on constructing an exercise program that is right for you for where you are at in your fitness journey.
