Strive to create an environment that is safe and supportive where every learner feels free to ask questions and share ideas. They are not afraid to commmit mistake. They enjoyed in participating in the interactive activities through games. I conceptualized my lesson to address to the individual student learning preferences and needs. I always tried to make complex math lessons easy by introducing it into chunks and provide a review of the prerequisite skills.
