About Haroon
Hi, I’m Haroon, a graduate of Queen Mary University of London with a first-class degree in Mathematics and I currently work as a graduate software engineer. I’m passionate about helping students understand maths and coding in a way that makes sense and builds confidence.
I love teaching because I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into simple, clear steps and seeing students succeed. I also share my experience in a professional work environment to help students develop skills and habits that prepare them for the future, not just exams.
My goal is to make lessons engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs, so you can enjoy learning while improving your results.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether you’re aiming to improve your understanding, boost your confidence, or achieve top grades.
I focus on breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand steps, using clear explanations and practical examples. I encourage students to actively engage during lessons by asking questions and working through problems together, rather than just listening.
With a strong background in mathematics and experience in programming (C# and Python), I also help students develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills that are useful beyond exams.
