About Grace
Hi! I’m Grace Joy, and I’m here to make learning feel approachable and (dare I say) fun! I studied Social Policy Analysis and Anthropology at Rice University, which basically means I enjoy figuring out how things work—whether it’s social systems or complex ideas. I love breaking down tough concepts, boosting confidence, and making learning less of a chore and more of a joy—pun totally intended!

How my lesson plan works:
-Initial consultation (free): I offer a free consultation, so I can understand your needs and learning style. From there, I create a personalized game plan, so we can hit the ground running for the next session.
-Lessons: Every lesson will generally have the same structure, with flexibility for personalized lesson plans:
1. Warm-up problem (reinforcing concepts from previous lesson)
2. Concept teaching
3. Exit problem (covers material taught in the lesson)
