About Cody
If I have a talent for anything it’s understanding dumb and convincing the unwilling. I’ve made all the dumb mistakes so I understand what students need help with because I’ve been there too. I have enough experience teaching to know students are unwilling to learn a very boring subject such as math. I’m fun enough to keep them engaged and make it as painless as possible. Relative work experience for math tutoring. 3 years of being a math tutor Bachelors in mechanical engineering Years of experience being a manufacturing engineer. 10 years of being a skateboarding coach at the Y skatepark. I am 29. I am old enough to know how to be the adult in the room and look youngish enough to where I seem “cool.” It's dumb and sad how important that is sometimes when tutoring kids.
