I remember when I was a student, all my teachers were busy completing the syllabus and my parents were busy making ends meet and I had no one to help me with my assignments and while the tests or exams were near I used to be so scared, This is the feeling that I dont want any student to go through. I want to be there to help them when they need it.

I make sure that the class is very interactive and the students are involved in the class rather than just sit and take notes. The students are given one to one approach and I make sure that each of them understand the chapter instead of just by hearting the textbook. I give them separate notes that include just what is required for the students to revise the chapter. They will be provided with flash cards if the subject requires it. The syllabus will be broken down into simpler sub-topics to make the syllabus more student-friendly and extra help will be provided during tests and exams.
