About Aly
I have been teaching and coaching for 5 years. I have taught middle and high school students. Although I struggled to learn math myself when I was a high schooler, I found that that struggle makes me a better teacher as I relate to the possible difficulties you may face. Confidence is key. My pet peeve is when someone says “I can’t” I always add “YET” to the end of it. With enough support and practice, you CAN!

I create fun and engaging lessons to help you understand the material you need to know. I enjoy interactive lessons and do not like strictly note taking lessons. As a special education teacher, I am used to modifying lessons, therefore I will always do my best to tailor each lesson to you as a learner.
