About Lea
I'm a graduate student (27) with an undergraduate in microbiology and a MSc in Earth Sciences. I've always been interested in various topics and have learned various learning strategies throughout my studies. For as long as I can remember I've been teaching and explaining topics to siblings, friends and students. I love the challenge of finding the right approach for others to master the material or to change a boring topic in something interesting.
I've tutored several highschool and university students throughout my life and have taught 3 different English classes at the Local Dreamers Institute. These classes ranged from children to adults.

I have experience with teaching highschool/college students various topics incl. math, biology, chemistry and history. I like to take a personal approach, assess the material first myself and then take them through the theory and excercises step by step. Part of this is teaching them how to learn more strategically and learn to prioritize certain topics. Every student is different, and I like to find the right approach for each student.
