About Hossein
I have over 5 years of experience teaching mathematics at both the high school and university levels. I hold a Master of Science in Mathematics from Concordia University.
There are two main reasons why I chose to become a mathematics teacher. First, throughout my years of study, I was always fascinated by mathematics and found great enjoyment in working with it. Second, I value the satisfaction that comes from helping students learn. It is rewarding not only to strengthen their knowledge but also to develop their logical reasoning skills.
In my teaching, I aim to create engaging and supportive classes. I avoid putting students on the spot, but I do ask individual questions to ensure they are following along. I also encourage creativity by asking for their ideas and perspectives, helping them gain confidence and think critically about mathematics.
