My approach is student-centered, focusing on building a strong foundational understanding of child development theories while connecting them to real-world applications. I encourage critical thinking through open discussion, case studies, and reflective activities that deepen students’ understanding. I believe learning is most effective when students feel confident and curious, so I foster an atmosphere of encouragement and respect where questions are welcomed and learning is collaborative.
