About Isaac
I have about 4 years of experience tutoring students in ACT/SAT prep, K-12 math, and college counseling. On average, students have improved their ACT score by 3-5 points with me and improved their SAT score by 150 - 200 points. In K-12 math, students typically improved by a letter grade with me.

I approach my lessons differently depending on the subject I am teaching. With ACT/SAT test prep, I always give an initial diagnostic test to understand where the student is struggling so that I may focus on those areas. For other subjects, I will typically follow the syllabus. What sets me apart is that not only is my tutoring rigorous, but it is also heavily focused on the student's main struggles.
