About Sasha
I have recently completed a Master's program in Chemistry/Nanotechnology at the University of Waterloo; currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Ottawa. I have been awarded twice with a Teacher Assistanship award at UW for working with chemistry-majored students. As a high school student, I participated in the International Chemistry Olympiad in 2014 in Vietnam, where I received a silver medal.

My tutoring is primarily conducted online, although we can also engage in face-to-face lessons. I prioritize the student's own work to facilitate the development of skills more rapidly. I refrain from providing lessons that are overly theoretical, as in most cases, we will cover one concept per lesson and engage in as many practical exercises as possible. The topics covered during the sessions are flexible and can be modified as needed to address the concepts that pose the greatest challenge for the student.
I am ready to provide "immediate assistance", which would allow for the preparation for tests in a very short period of time. However, it is recommended that at least three sessions be allotted before the examination.
The only rule that I adhere to in my classes is that homework is mandatory.
