About Michel
I have a great experience in teaching French as a foreign language for beginner or intermediate migrant learners because I worked 4 years in an association in Paris. I had 3 classes of 4 to 12 learners at a rate of 4 hours per week and per class .. I regularly evaluated them and prepared them for the DELF exams because I have the Examiner-Corrector diploma for all levels (A1-C2). I have created and I always create projects of socio-professional workshops (mixing theory and practice) within the framework of the trades of the restoration because I am myself head chef. Thanks to these exam preparations and introductory courses in French cuisine and cooking jobs, some learners have been able to obtain residence or work permits, while others have managed to integrate a restaurant. I also teach FLE through music (popular and modern songs) because I am a composer, guitarist and singer. Finally, I teach FLE through reading (stories, poems, plays, literary works) through techniques of preparation, diction, articulation and emotional input. I currently teach Business French to diplomats from the Kenyan embassy as well as to a German corporate audience.

As a teacher graduated from French as a Foreign Language (FLE), I teach French to any foreign learner, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced. My pedagogy is "action": the learner is the main actor of my class because he will discover, think, understand, communicate and practice the language to develop his receptive and productive skills, orally and by written form. To reach this cognitive and pragmatic ideal, a methodology is essential: first an authentic text, a song, a poem, a cooking recipe, to understand globally, then new lexical, grammatical, socio-cultural, phonetic elements, to discover and to explore inside these oral or written documents, then a series of exercises to practice these new contents, and finally a phase of oral or written production in order to fully appropriate these new knowledge and know-how and to transfer them into monologues, role plays or personalized writings.

Details
If the course is in Paris I will charge, on top of my teacjing fee, 15 euros for travel expenses as I have to go by train from my city (Orléans) to Paris.
Students must warn me 48 hours in advance if they desire to cancel the course, otherwise the fee for the course will be charged.
