About Frances
I am an outgoing, energetic and approachable teacher. I have many different interests and hobbies that I like to incorporate into my teaching. I think the relationship between a teacher and student is essential for learning to take place so I take the time to get to know my students and understand what is going to work best for them.

I am passionate about creating a positive inclusive learning environment where all learners are able to succeed. I specialize in Performing arts but have recently completed a Bachelor of Education so am well versed in all areas of the New Zealand curriculum. I believe for learning to be impactful it needs to be fun and personal. Every child is different and has a different set of knowledge and needs, teaching must reflect this to be effective.
