About Simran
Hi! I’m currently a medical student, and I’ve always enjoyed helping others understand material that initially feels overwhelming. I believe that a good tutor does more than explain the right answer. They help students figure out how to approach problems, recognize patterns, and become more confident in their own abilities.
I’m patient, encouraging, and adaptable in the way I teach. If one explanation doesn’t click, I’m happy to approach the concept from a completely different angle until we find what works. I also try to create a relaxed environment where students never feel embarrassed about asking questions or getting something wrong. My goal is for students to leave each session not only understanding the material better, but feeling more capable of tackling it on their own.

My approach to tutoring is to first understand how each student learns best and identify where they are struggling. Rather than simply giving them the answer, I break difficult concepts into smaller, more manageable pieces and explain them in different ways until they make sense. I also like to ask questions throughout the process to make sure the student is actively understanding the material rather than just memorizing it. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and eventually working through problems independently.
