About Karim
I’m a recent Master’s graduate with an immense passion for teaching. I love sharing my passion for mathematics with students, and helping them gain a deeper understanding of mathematics as a subject, how it works, and showcasing its unique and beautiful intricacies. I deeply care about my students and try my best to meet them where they are at. I communicate ideas and concepts in varied and unique ways depending on each student’s needs and learning styles.

Lessons are usually between 1 and 1,5 hours, online or in person. They are student centred, focusing on what students need help with the most. They usually begin with a brief theoretical introduction/concept review followed by exercises with room for students to bring forward their own problems. Lessons are designed for students of all levels above the GCSE level.
I have been tutoring mathematics for over 5 years, and have even run lessons as a graduate teaching assistant at McGill University in Montreal, and have won the Outstanding Teacher’s Assistant Award for my teaching in undergraduate calculus and real analysis.
