"I hold a graduate degree and boast 28 years of diverse work experience across various fields. My professional journey has been marked by a consistent commitment to assisting individuals grappling with the repercussions of childhood trauma, both physical and emotional abuse, body image concerns, and complex relationship issues.
Having overcome my own childhood trauma and the subsequent battle with chronic illness, I firmly believe in the profound connection between the mind and body. Therefore, I advocate for an integrative approach that focuses on restoring harmony within the mind-body relationship.
My ultimate objective is to guide individuals on the path of self-discovery, facilitating a process that allows them to rekindle a genuine connection with their true selves and, in doing so, fall in love with themselves anew."
