I am Alicia, I have graduated sixth form and wish to take a year to work and come to terms with the future and the career I really wish to make for myself. I have a passion for helping others creatively and patiently. I love art, literature, film and travel and enjoy the taste of new experiences and lessons. I graduated with a B in A-level English Lit, an 8 in GCSE French and an additional 9 in GCSE Spanish (although native in both Spanish and Catalan). For languages, consistent repetition is key; whether that is writing, reading or speaking. My goal is to build a foundation that won’t be forgotten, instead built off. Depending on whether you wish to learn personally or for school, incorporating exam questions as well as structured spontaneous conversation will allow you as a student to build up your knowledge and confidence in both grammar and speaking. Additionally, you can choose (or I can provide) a piece of literature you wish to read in the period of our lessons as homework, we will also read in lesson time so don’t fret about your reading skills too early. My lessons can vary between 1-2 hours depending on your availability and progress. My lessons are available to all age groups (5-40 years), yet each will be tailored to your level and purpose.
