About Facundo
Hello! My name is Facundo Sol, I graduated from Bodybuilding Instructor and Personal Trainer in 2019 and I am currently a Kinesiology student.
As a lover of human physiology, my goal is to help each student, like you, so that you can reach your goal, feeling strong, healthy and without stopping learning!
I know it's hard to take that first step or you just don't know if you're doing things right, that's why I study this branch of life to facilitate that goal of feeling better, stronger and healthier in many ways for each different care!

Porque tiene muchas cosas en cuenta cuando tiene que recomendarte un ejercicio o rutina: tus objetivos, tu experiencia en actividad física, tus límites, lesiones, hábitos y como puede complementar la rutina que te manda con otros deportes o actividades que haces... Etc. Un genio!
Un crack, enseña muy bien, es paciente, educado y respetuoso. Se nota que quiere dar lo mejor de si en cada clase y es super motivador para cuando no hay ganas de entrenar. Recomiendo!!!
