About Erika
Good morning! I am a graduate in English Studies and I have a Master's Degree in Teaching. Although I live in Spain, I also travel a lot to Holland where I speak English completely. I have the Proficiency (C2) certificate, and I have been working as an English teacher for years both in an academy and in private classes for all levels. I have experience teaching classes from the most basic levels (no knowledge or A1) to preparation for level C1 (Advanced exam).

My methodology is quite varied. My goal is for students to learn and achieve what they set out to do: whether it is to be able to communicate, understand what they read / hear, pass classes, pass exams or simply acquire knowledge or practise. To do this, I rely on hard and constant work while mixing it with more interactive activities. Certainly working hard is necessary, although it is also beneficial to be able to carry out more playful activities that allow the student a rest. This way they can concentrate more when they return to work. Likewise, I also ask students to carry out activities in which they themselves must carry out searches and prepare presentations, essays or exhibitions. As a consequence, they must acquire knowledge and learn to summarize texts and express their own opinion.
