About Elisabetta
I am a professional dancer with a degree in physical education and sports with a strong predilection for research. After graduation, the opportunities for teaching to all age groups were different for me, from children to adults, from swimming to gymnastics to ballet, in prisons or in associations of people with disabilities, up to the construction of my simple but effective method to regenerate and rebalance the body.

The classes are differentiated according to the specific objective to be achieved My lessons are aimed at anyone who wants to rediscover their body for the simple good being. For those who want to remove tensions, improve their health, feel more positive, improve self-confidence and rediscover their potential.
