I am a kinesiologist specialized in functional rehabilitation and post-injury rehabilitation with a masters degree in Sport Sciences at the Foro Italico where I worked as a tutor for the chair of Anatomy for 3 years. Perfect! Alessandro è molto professionale oltre ad essere allo stesso tempo un “professore” molto simpatico ed empatico.
Perfect! Gli argomenti trattati sono stati approfonditi in maniera chiara e semplice. Non sono mancati frangenti di carattere ludico per rendere la lezione più gradevole e facile d'apprendere. Preparatissimo e simpatico. Ciò che dovrebbe essere un insegnante.

Non andare d'accordo con Alessandro è impossibile! Tra risate e fatica (con risultati visibili) le ore passate con lui volano! Grazie ad Ale ho anche risolto dei piccoli problemini fisici che capitano nella vita di tutti noi. Alessandro ha studiato tanti anni per aiutare le persone ad avere uno stile di vita migliore e i risultati dei suoi studi si vedono.
Ci vediamo presto ALE!Alessandro è un ragazzo alla mano, sorridente e sopratutto sempre disponibile a trovare una soluzione adatta alle singole esigenze. Sulla sua preparazione non si può dire nulla riesce ad aiutare sia nella fase di recupero da un infortunio sia per quanto riguarda il rimettersi in forma vero e proprio!
