About Liza
I've been teaching for four years now, and I've had students ranging in age from 4 to 55. Some have gone on to pursue various artistic/vocal programs, some have recorded their own songs, and some have simply learned to sing in pleasant company. That's perfectly normal! Everyone has their own path and goals, and I'm happy to support you in that. :}

In the first lessons, I cover anatomy and theory in great detail, and as we progress during those first classes, we begin to practice singing the basics.
My lesson plan usually consists of the following:
- Basic breathing exercises + body warm-up
- Singing breathing exercises
- Singing warm ups
- Singing examples from songs.
I treat different types of vocals as a map with its own paths and give students the freedom to come up with their own names for the "marks" on this map.
My lessons are ideal for those just starting out and feeling a little shy about singing, as I explain the entire vocal process in detail, support you at every stage of singing, and maintain a friendly atmosphere :}
