About Daphne
I find teaching and guiding others genuinely enjoyable, and I have a strong passion for maths and problem-solving, so it feels natural to combine both. I like breaking down complex ideas into simpler steps and helping others understand concepts in a way that makes sense to them. Seeing someone go from confusion to clarity is something I find very rewarding.
In my other job, I also lead a team of three, where I guide and support them to improve and achieve our goals together. This experience has helped me develop patience, communication skills, and the ability to adapt my approach based on different individuals. It has also shown me the importance of encouraging others and creating an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions and learning.
By combining my interest in maths with my experience in guiding others, I hope to continue helping people build confidence in problem-solving and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
