About Mufid
Hello, my name is Mufid Rahman, and I hope that I can help you succeed in your academic life! Though born and raised in the UK, I completed my undergraduate education in the USA, at Princeton University, receiving a full scholarship. I am now back in the UK and will be pursuing a Master's in Philosophy. Why I believe that education is important is that the skills you build in learning your subjects are incredibly transferable – these skills can be applied to all facets of life, and especially your eventual career! Outside of academics, I like football, chess, and music.

Lessons will be 1 or 2 hours long. Lessons will be based on what the student requests: if the student has topics they would like to cover, I will help them with that, or if they would like me to teach a topic they have not yet covered, I am also happy to do that! I teach students between the ages of 10-16, in Maths and English, for either the 11+ or GCSEs. I took both subjects for GCSEs and A-Levels, receiving top grades in both. For my undergraduate education, I attended Princeton University, majoring in Philosophy. During my A-Levels and at university, I tutored many students, both online and in-person.
