About Sagnik
I follow one policy, don't give someone a fish , rather make them expert in catching fishes. One can never learn swimming by reading books or seeing tutorial videos on how to swim. It's all about practice. Practicing your skills and challenging your own limits will make you stronger every time.
Only getting knowledge of a subject is not enough but after Knowing it and making others acknowledged about it should make a student in the truest sense.
There are two kinds of students in my opinion ,one who focuses on hardship and do a lot of sums
And the other one who just grab the underlying concept.
Both are equally important and significant feature of a good student.
But I make my students a combination of these two aspects. I definitely focuses on the part whether mathematics is a choice for or a duty to do. Choices define a person. Mathematics should be everyone's choice to some extent. It's a divine subject . And getting a chance to introduce it to everyone is the best job I think I am going to do in my rest of the life.

I teach students of every class
for a time period of 1.5 to 2 hours,
starting from examples, finding a pattern, generalizing the pattern, defining the theory, and thus we'll get to know what is the mathematics behind it.
I also held a problem session doing lots of problems .
My motto is
Where there is problem, there is a mathematical solution behind it.
