About Geo
I'm a college graduate seeking to finish my degree in political science. My dream job is to become a college professor. I have my TEFL certificate and I finished my practicum of 20+ hours in Brazil teaching ESL students. I make sure you understand the lesson objectives and teach English in a digestible, simple way so that you can get the basics of English. I'll come to your level of English and adapt to your style of learning. We will continue with the lesson plan making sure you understand every step of the way.

I'm a big believer in conversational english because learning to have a conversation in the target language is key to learning. I first get to know the student so I can understand their style of learning. I start with my lesson plan's objectives and what they'll learn by the end of the lesson. I take them by the hand at first and show them how to have them learn by themselves. Students are able to learn when they are capable to teach themselves. I teach teenagers and adults grades 8 and up.
