Classical ballet is like a high-performance sport, it involves a unique concentration and discipline, learning from that allows you to be much more focused on your daily life. Dance is a form of expression that without the need for words you can transmit everything that lives in you, I can't find a better way to describe it.

I really enjoy my profession a lot and I would like to be able to transmit my knowledge about dance. I love teaching, whatever the age and level. It's always a pleasure to share with others how much you feel when you dance, and that's part of my life.
