I focus on active learning such as asking guiding questions, encouraging students to explain concepts back to me, and breaking down complex topics into simple, step-by-step logic. I incorporate visual aids, mnemonics, and analogies to help make abstract concepts more memorable. I will start off with a warm up with a simple question to start off, and cover the main topic and end with another simple question from the topic learned that day. I am a recent graduate who has gone through the exact coursework and clinical challenges my students are facing now — so I understand both the academic and practical struggles. I focus heavily on confidence-building and I bring a student-centered perspective.
