I use teaching methods designed to make students feel engaged in their learning. I provide a class structure where participation and questions are encouraged, and where we learn through interactive techniques. A typical lesson will consist of an opening - setting the groundwork for our lesson. This will be followed by the core lesson (what we are covering that class) and an activity where that material is practically used in a structured setting. At the end we will wrap up the lesson, answering any questions that may have come up, and focusing on how this new material will carry through in our daily lives outside of class. I value finding what works for each student and tailoring lessons and content to guarantee each student succeeds.
