About Joy
After my studies I went to live in America as an au pair. This experience helped me to master the English language even more then I already did. I also supported other au pairs in learning the English language. When I came back to The Netherlands, I continued teaching the English language as well as the Dutch language. So far, I've been teaching various students for the past 4 years with great pleasure :-)

My classes are always student focused and challenging regarding the level the student has. Therefor it’s always my aim to educate the subject in a way that suits you as a student, so that you feel safe, confident and will remain fascinated during our classes. This way you will feel comfortable making mistakes, because you know they will contribute to improving your skills. Good chemistry is key so I always make and have room for social talk, a joke etc :-)

Ik heb een goede ervaring gehad bij Joy. Ze heeft me echt geholpen om voor mijn examen te oefenen. Haar manier van lesgeven was erg prettig.!!Zeker een aanrader!
Femke geeft een duidelijke uitleg en ze kan goed vertellen wat je fout doet, waar je veel van leert. Met behulp van leuke oefeningen die ze meeneemt worden de lessen doorgenomen. De lessen worden aangepast aan wat je nodig hebt.

Zij is altijd goed voorbereid en zij heeft altijd antwoord. Zij gebruikt gevarieerd lesmateriaal, het maakt leren veel leuker!
