About Maddie
I’ve tutored french for over 3 years now, and have been speaking it fluently for over 18 years. I strongly suggest instead of using one-three word sentences to learn verbs and grammar to write it out in short paragraphs so it clicks in better and we can read out the possible mistakes.

For french lessons: Depending on where your french is and what area of french you’d like to learn is where we start off. In reading I try to base your sense of pronunciation on words and timing yet it seems ridiculous to think of your timing in speaking french it’s crucial ; it what makes you sound much more fluent. Take reading short stories as homework after every lessons to compare the first time you’ve read it to then/now. I like to take slow steps with my students only because practice doesn’t make perfect but, perfect practice makes perfect. Unless the student feel as though they can reach their goals much faster then I like to speed up the process. Word “quizzes”” and pronunciation “quizzes” are also involved as well as fun activities for young ones!
