About Matthew
After tutoring for five years through undergrad and grad school, I was a high school teacher. Even though that is no longer my full time job, I still implement those skills in my current job with training coworkers so they are prepared to handle their responsibilities.

I have degrees in both education and technical subjects (math/physics). During college, I tutored and eventually taught in the local high schools. I enjoy tutoring math by applying the topic to a subject the student enjoys. Also, the reason I enjoy math is because there are many ways to solve one problem and tutoring is just finding the way the student best solves the problem.
