About Eren
Hello, my name is Eren. I am a qualified physiotherapist, sports physiotherapist, and personal trainer, now based in Stevenage, England. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of people – from children and young athletes to elderly clients and professional sports players – helping them move better, recover from injuries, and achieve their personal fitness goals. I want to teach because I truly believe in the power of movement to change lives. Sharing my knowledge and experience is not just about improving physical skills, but also about building confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset. For me, every student’s success is a shared victory, and I’m passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
