About Lisanias
I ALWAYS HAVE A PASSION IN TEACHING STUDENTS SINCE 1999, WHEN I WAS A STUDENT I USED TO ASSIST STUDENTS IN MY CLASS IN MATHS, STATS, ACCOUNTING AND ECONOMICS. THESE WERE MY KEY SUBJECTS I DID WELL IN THE CLASS. I AM THAT KIND OF PERSON WHO IS PATIENT, EMPATHY AND POLITE TO ACCOMMODATE STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. I GRADUATED WITH MBA, BSc ECONOMICS, BBA FROM UK UNIVERSITIES. I ALSO DID OTHER DIPLOMAS IN MATHEMATICAL STATISTICS. I AM VERY CONFIDENT IN MY SUBJECT THAT I AM TEACHING WITH ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE TO STUDENTS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE.
I AM VERY STUDENT CENTERED UNDERSTANDING THEIR NEEDS AND WANTS. I CAN ALSO TEACH BUSINESS MANAGEMENT MODULES, MARKETING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT.

MY EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO PRIVATE TUTORING CENTERS ON BUILDING A STRONG, SUPPORTIVE AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STUDENT THROUGH PERSONALIZED GOAL ORIENTATION AND ENGAGING LESSONS.
BUILDING RAPPORT, BY CREATING POSITIVE, ENCOURAGING AND SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE. ASSESSING THE STUDENT DIFFERENT LEARNING STYLES HE/SHE PREFERS. USE OF QUESTIONING TECHNIQUE THAT GUIDES STUDENTS TOWARDS FINDING ANSWERS THEMSELVES. I USUALLY PREFER ENGLISH IN ALL COURSES. MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO ENSURE THAT NO STUDENTS WILL BE LEFT BEHIND AND ALL WILL NOT ONLY PASS WITH QUALIFICATION BUT WITH CRITICAL SKILLS NEEDED IN TODAY'S WORLD OF WORK.
I DO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH ASSIGNMENTS AND EXAMINATION PREPARATION. I ALSO CONDUCT CLASSES ONLINE VIA ZOOM AND MICROSOFT TEAMS.

Students can pay cash after the class or can do EFT in my ABSA Bank account. The rate is R100 Per hours , but for those who need at least 3 hrs the rate will be discounted to R200 Per 3Hours.
