About Rbia
I’m a recent Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience graduate with a strong passion for science, psychology and healthcare. I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning about how the brain works, human behaviour and the science behind everyday life.
I’m a friendly, approachable and patient person, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. Outside of my studies, I have experience working in retail and volunteering, which has helped me develop strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
I’m passionate about making learning enjoyable and bringing a positive, encouraging attitude to everything I do.

My approach to tutoring is being supportive and focused on building confidence. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit their individual needs and learning preferences. I like to break difficult topics down into simple, manageable steps and use examples, practice questions and active recall to help students genuinely understand the material rather than simply memorising it.
I also aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I’ll work with each student to identify areas they find difficult, build their confidence, and gradually develop their independence and exam technique
My only goal is not to help students answer questions right, but to understand why the answer is right and build the confidence.
