About Shaina
I’ve been tutoring and teaching on and off for years, and most recently worked as a mental health therapist, helping patients (including kids, teens, and young adults) learn coping skills. My clients have included people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety (social, general, OCD), depression, and more.

I understand the pressure that comes with not understanding something in school and how that can sometimes make students feel ashamed or stupid. This is a judgement-free zone - no question is too basic to answer, and if you want me to repeat myself 1000 times I will do it no problem.
