About Klara
I am currently an MA Graphic Communication Design student at Central Saint Martins in London. I have experience tutoring the Adobe Creative Suite as well as Introductory Spanish, English (US reading and writing), History, Science and Math at the primary school level.
I have a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I also have a basic knowledge of Adobe XD, After Effects, Animate, and Premiere as well as basic HTML, CSS and photography skills.
My design background is in branding, designing visual identities and print/digital marketing materials for clients in the non-profit, real estate, health, and media sectors. My clients include The Tisch Research Center of New York and Brown Harris Stevens, and I have previously worked at Halstead Development Marketing, Adoptive, and Meredith Corporation, designing on the marketing side of the EatingWell, Rachel Ray Every Day, and Allrecipes magazines.

I begin by evaluating a student's current skill level and then creating a custom lesson that fits that level and what they wish to achieve. For software lessons, I begin by demonstrating how a certain function works or how to create a certain thing, and then ask the student to do so themselves with as much guidances as needed. My approach is making sure the lessons are hands on, and that the students can take away skills and knowledge from my lessons.
