About Lano
I am a graphic designer. I teach students remotely on how to create illustrations, animations, digital paintings, character designing. I've been teaching graphic designing for about 2-3 years now. After graduating from a school of art and design, I've been actively involved in the graphic design community for the last 2 years. I've created designs for corporations, churches, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, individuals, and more. I also have a channel on YouTube where I share tutorials of my works. In recent times, I've engaged young designers who don't have graphic design software or tools at their disposal, on how to make use of their smartphone as a great alternative.

My approach to teaching or methodology is an interactive one. In my years of teaching, I've always tried to create an interactive environment/classroom whether or not it's a physical or a virtual class. Questions are always permitted after every one of my classes; when students tend to ask questions, it shows the length of comprehension of the teaching and the level of interaction. So I always engage students to ask questions. I always try to make my teachings as comprehensive as possible with less complexity. There’s always feedback from me on every student’s progression after each lesson; this provides an opportunity for self-evaluation and understanding of each student’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as a suggested strategy for improvement.
