Creating a strong rapport with students
Constant communication and feedback
Understanding that every single child is unique and has its own stengths and needs.
Imagination and creativity. When learning a new language you learn about a whole new word, that includes history, music, art and general backround.
Mentoring. That means setting a good example, at all times. Being a good role model and realizing that apart from being a student, a child has its individual personality and when needed, a teacher should be able to build a bridge of communication between parents and their children.
